Payroll & HR

Staff payroll and HR, built for how Indian schools and colleges actually run it.

TDS, Form 16, PF/ESI, leave, loans, and bank-file generation — with attendance and leave feeding payroll automatically, instead of a separate attendance register reconciled by hand every month.

What it covers

A payroll run, without a month-end scramble.

Attendance, leave, loans, and tax all feed the same payroll run — nothing recompiled by hand from five different spreadsheets before disbursal.

Salary structure & runs

Configurable pay components and formulas per role, with monthly, arrear, and full-and-final runs — not a fixed template that doesn't fit every staff category.

TDS & Form 16

Tax computed per employee through the year, with Form 16 generation at year-end — not a manual once-a-year tax exercise.

PF / ESI

Statutory PF and ESI computation built into the salary run, matching current slabs and contribution rules.

Bank-file generation

NEFT/RTGS-ready bank files generated directly from the payroll run — no manually re-typing a disbursal list into your bank's format.

Loans & advances

Staff loans and advances with EMI schedules that deduct automatically from salary, tracked against the same staff identity.

Leave-linked payroll

Approved leave and attendance shortfall feed loss-of-pay calculation automatically — leave approval and payroll aren't two disconnected systems.

One staff identity

The same staff record used by Timetable, Attendance, Leave, and Approvals — no separate 'HR record' that has to be kept in sync by hand.

Payslips

PDF payslips with Indian amount-in-words formatting, generated per run and available to staff through self-service.

FAQ

What HR heads and accountants ask first

Does leave approval actually affect payroll, or are they separate systems?

They're the same system — an approved leave or an attendance shortfall feeds loss-of-pay calculation directly in the payroll run, with the deduction shown as its own line on the payslip.

Is Form 16 generated automatically, or do we still prepare it by hand?

Form 16 is generated from the same tax computation the payroll engine runs through the year — not reconstructed separately at year-end.

Which banks does the bank-file generator support?

Generic NEFT/RTGS CSV export today, with bank-specific fixed-width formats (starting with HDFC and SBI) available. Tell us your bank and we'll confirm the exact format.

Is teaching staff and non-teaching staff payroll handled the same way?

Yes — one engine, with pay structures and components configured per role, so teaching and non-teaching staff can have entirely different salary structures on the same run.

Does this replace a separate HRMS, or do we need both?

It's built as one HR + Payroll system — staff records, document tracking, leave, and payroll all share the same staff identity, so there's no separate HRMS to keep in sync.
